My name is Kevin Stokes and I am the founder of the business. In 2003, I was joined by my business partner, Tony Clegg and shortly after that, our business name changed to UK Personal Injury Claims.

We have been in the business of helping clients with accident and personal injury claims since 1993, originally under the name of RTA Financial Recovery. For many of those years, we specialised in Road Traffic Accidents and over the years, we have dealt with many hundreds of accident claims and have worked with many different highly skilled solicitors. In 2003, we began dealing with personal injury claims as a result of accidents at work, public liability, Medical Negligence cases, criminal injuries and any other type of injury where there is a third party who can be held responsible for the accident. 

We have always worked hard to provide a high quality of service to our clients by involving expert solicitors who have the skills to progress client's claims through to a satisfactory conclusion.

We have a panel of highly skilled solicitors who specialise in handling personal injury claims and once we have studied the details of your injury, we choose the solicitor who we feel is best able to help you progress your claim. Most importantly, we promise our clients that they will not be charged for dealing with their injury claim. Not before, during or after the claim is dealt with.

Our policy straight forward. We will not charge our clients for the service we provide and the solicitors we recommend will not charge you either.

We believe that after an accident resulting in injury, the first priority is to assist the injured person to recover from the injuries suffered. Although the financial compensation is clearly very important, we believe it is not as important as your personal recovery and rehabilitation. It is also our belief that all dealings we have with our clients are conducted in an honest and straightforward way and that our clients need to be kept fully informed of progress and of any difficulties that may occur while making a claim for financial compensation. Of course, this works both ways, and we expect our clients to be completely honest with us regarding all aspects of their injury claim.

Clearly, UK Personal Injury Claims is in business to make a profit but we never charge our clients (members of the public) for the work we do. We receive our income from the solicitors we supply work to. We also ensure that in the majority of cases, the solicitors will not charge you either. If your case is successful, they receive payment from the other party’s insurance company. If the case does not succeed, you are protected by a legal expenses insurance policy so you are never at risk.
